HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Decatur Area Arts Council, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, and its <br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property <br /> damage, injury to, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property for Arts in Central Park on September 20, 2024 through September <br /> 22, 2024. <br /> by the sponsoring agency, its officers, agents, employees, and registrants. <br /> Furthermore, the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and $2,000,000 aggregate, for property damage, and personal and bodily injury, including death. <br /> For City of Decatur.
