RESOLUTION NO.R3 - .9 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CONTRACT WITH DUNN COMPANY,A DIVISION OF TYROLT, INC. FOR <br /> ANNUAL STREET RESTORATION PROJECT, CITY PROJECT 2024-08 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2023-08, Annual Street <br /> Restoration Project, and presented to the Council herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, a Division of Tyrolt, Inc. be accepted, and a <br /> contract awarded accordingly, and that said contract between Dunn Company and the City of <br /> Decatur is for a total amount of$2,200,000.00. <br /> Section 3.
