RESOLUTION N01b(T I —Yl (p <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A WATER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> VILLAGE OF FORYTH <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1, and made a part <br /> hereof,between the City of Decatur and the Village of Forsyth to secure a supply of treated water be, and <br /> the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
