(f) By tying, confining, or restraining any animal or bird in such a manner that it <br /> chokes the animal or bird or prevents it from moving about freely, or such that it <br /> forces the animal or bird to stand, lie or sit in its own excrement,by use of a <br /> choke collar, or any collar too small for the size and age of the animal, or by use <br /> of any rope, chain, or cord directly attached to the animal's neck, or by use of a <br /> leash less than twelve (12) feet in length, or by use of any tether or leash without <br /> swivels on both ends, or of such unreasonable weight as to prevent the animal <br /> from moving about freely. <br /> (g) By tethering or confining an animal at a vacant structure or premises for any <br /> purpose or time when it is not monitored by a competent adult who is present at the <br /> property for the duration of such tethering or confinement. <br /> (h) By tethering any animal to a motorized vehicle. <br /> (i) By tethering any animal which is sick or injured. <br /> 0) By tethering an animal which is less than six (6) months of age. <br /> Section 2.
