Prairie, and S. Shafer Excavating at <br /> 130 N. Edward. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the attached resolutions <br /> authorizing execution of agreements for demolition of said dwellings. <br /> BACKGROUND: The buildings 1255 E. Prairie and 130 N. Edward were put out for demolition <br /> bid along with 10 other structures. These two crossed the cost threshold requiring Council <br /> approval. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Michael Snearly,Neighborhood Inspections Manager. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Cordaryl"Pat"Patrick <br /> or Michael Snearly at 217-450-2347 or msnearly(i,decaturil.gov . <br />
