RESOLUTION NO. R-101y <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TYLER TECHNOLOGIES SOFTWARE <br /> AND REALLOCATING FUNDS BUDGETED FOR TIME AND ATTENDANCE SYSTEM <br /> PURCHASE <br /> WHEREAS, funds were allocated in the 2024 budget for the Information Technology department <br /> to purchase the Tyler Technologies Time and Attendance System, and; <br /> WHEREAS, it will be more effective and efficient for the various City departments for the <br /> Information Technology department to purchase the Tyler Technologies Content Manager and Employee <br /> Access Portal rather than the Time and Attendance System and use the monies budgeted for the Time and <br /> Attendance System for that purchase. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote presented to the Council herewith from Tyler Technologies for the <br /> purchase of the Content Manager and Employee Access Portal,be,and the same is hereby,received,placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the monies allocated in the 2024 budget for the Information Technology <br /> department to purchase the Tyler Technologies Time and Attendance System be reallocated for the <br /> purchase of Content Manager and Employee Access Portal. <br /> Section 3.
