EXHIBIT A <br /> LADE DECATUR WATERSHED <br /> PROTECTION PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> In consideration of the foregoing recitals,the mutual covenants and agreements <br /> hereinafter set forth, and for good and valuable consideration,the receipt, sufficiency and <br /> adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged,this Agreement("Agreement') is entered into by <br /> and between Angela Kay Norman,Owner")and the City of Decatur,Illinois,an Illinois <br /> municipal corporation("City"). The parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Owner agrees to participate in City's Lake Decatur Watershed Protection("Program") <br /> for soil erosion control,nutrient management and water quality improvements for property they <br /> own located in Piatt,County,Illinois more particularly described as <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> That part of the Southwest 114, of Section 31, Township 18 North, Range S East of the Third <br /> Principal Meridian, Piatt County Illinois, described as follows:Beginning at the Northwest <br /> comer of the Southwest 114, of said Section 31; thence S 88 degrees 07'50"E-447.91 feet; thence <br /> S 0 degrees 00'00"E-296.71 feet, thence S 5 degrees 15'58"'W-237.91 feet; thence S 17 degrees <br /> 01'10" W—70.80 feet; thence S 34 degrees 32'45" W—398.03 feet; thence S 48 degrees 34'30" <br /> W—195.53feet, thence S 0 degrees 08'56"E-605.37 feet to a point on the North line of the <br /> South 59.34 acres of the Southwest 114, of said Section 31;thence N 89 degrees 46'14"W-30.00 <br /> feet along said North line to a point on the West line of the Southwest 114, of said Section 31; <br /> thence N 0 degrees 08'56"W—of beginning, containing 9.04 acres, more or less. 1678.40 feet <br /> along said West line to the point <br /> PIN: 08-31-18-005-003-11 <br /> and hereinafter referred to as"Property." <br /> 2.
