RESOLUTION NO. R2024- 31 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT REGARDING PAY, BENEFITS,AND <br /> WORK CONDITIONS BETWEEN THE DECATUR POLICE BENEVOLENT AND <br /> PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION LABOR COMMITTEE AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the modifications to the Collective Bargaining Agreement presented to <br /> the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Decatur Police <br /> Benevolent and Protective Association Labor Committee for pay, benefits and working <br /> conditions effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2028 be, and it is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal, and attest said Collective Bargaining Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED,PASSED,APPROVED and RECORDED this 7th day of October 2024. <br /> IE MOORE WOLFE,MAY <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KIMLTH I C ERK <br />
