RESOLUTION NO. 2024 RWa4-318 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS AND PRIMARY PRODUCTS INGREDIENTS <br /> AMERICA LLC REGARDING EMPLOYEE, CONTRACTOR USE AND TRANSIT <br /> FARES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City Council <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Primary Products Ingredients America LLC (hereinafter <br /> "Primient")with the same or substantially same terms and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file, approved and attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2.
