DEPOSIT: <br /> The Buyer agrees that the deposit is nonrefundable.The deposit shall be retained by the Dealer as liquidated damages in the event that,the Buyer fails to <br /> complete the purchase of the vehicle pursuant to the terms offered and accepted. <br /> 4.
