RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDER <br /> BETWEEN CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS AND ALTORFER, INC. FOR <br /> BIDBUY CONTRACT FOR ONE (1) CAT 265-05 COMPACT TRACK <br /> LOADER <br /> NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote of the State BidBuy Contract for One (1) CAT 265-05 <br /> Compact Track Loader included in the attachments be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on <br /> file. <br /> Section 2. That the cost for One (1) CAT 265-05 Compact Track Loader from Altorfer, <br /> Inc. in an amount not to exceed$87,523.00 be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
