RESOLUTION NO.I2-JO�-q -3'M <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID PRICE <br /> FROM JT'S TREE SERVICE FOR TREE REMOVAL IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for Tree Removal in Various Locations <br /> presented herewith as Exhibit A and made part hereof be, and it is hereby, received, and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price provided by JT's Tree Service in the amount of$5,934.21, <br /> be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and JT's Tree Service for their bid <br /> price of$5,934.21. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 7th day of October 2024. <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, Mayor <br /> TT <br /> City Clerk <br />
