Organic Waste Management Working Group <br /> Our Team members will provide technical guidance to the City at Working Group <br /> meetings during the proposed project schedule. This technical assistance will include <br /> the following two formal meetings: <br /> • A SWOT meeting of the working group to create a vision and mission <br /> statement for the Plan. <br /> • Conducting a community workshop on organic waste and composting to <br /> explain the importance and viability of this program derived from the <br /> Plan. <br /> 16. Written Report <br /> The JPL team will develop and provide a draft report on the completed tasks identified <br /> and submit it to the City and the community for review and comment. After meeting <br /> with City staff to review the comments received, we will finalize the report and make a <br /> presentation to the City summarizing the findings and recommendations in the report. <br /> 7 <br />
