E. EXTRA WORK AND CHANGE ORDERS 'Me Professional Service Provider skull only- <br /> perform the work authorized by this contract and defined in the Scope of Work(attached hereto, <br /> marked Exhibit A,incorporated by reference herein and made a part of Ibis Agreement). Should the <br /> size or complexity of the project exceed the amount of work contemplated by this contract or defined <br /> in the Scope of Work,the Professional Service Provider shall obtain written authorization in the form <br /> of a Change Order from the City's Representative,to perform extra work before such work is actually <br /> pertonned.A Change Orclerform is included in this Agreement as Exhibit D.T eu cast:to perform any <br /> work prior to written aiithoruation shall be paid exclusively by the Professional Service provider and <br /> shall not be reimbursed by the City. <br /> The Prtifessicmal Smilce Provider expressly ackliowledges,recognizeg and agrees that the only <br /> authority to approve change orders to this Agreement or the Scope or Services or the costs)1herein is <br /> with the City Council of the City. No additional work shall be accomplished or costs incurred prior <br /> to City approval. <br /> SECPION H. BASIC SERVICES <br /> Tire Professional Service Provider shall: <br /> A. SCOPE OF WOK Professional Service Provider shall provide all services as described in the <br /> Scope of Work,Exhibit A. <br /> B. MY'S REQUIREMENTS Review available data and consult with the City's Rqnizentative to <br /> clarify and define the City's requirements for the Project. <br /> C. COMPLETION TME The Study Report shall be completed,submitted and accepted by the City's <br /> Represeritative within the time period set forth in Exhibit C,Project Timeline.. <br /> SECTWN M. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The City shall, <br /> A. FURNISH REQUIREMENTS AND L TA'I°IOI S Provide all criteria and f Al information <br /> as <br /> to the City's requirements for the Project,including objea-tives and constrains,space,capacitor and <br /> performance requirements,flexibility and expandability,economic parameters and any budgetary <br /> limitations;and furnish copies of all design and construction standards as required. <br /> B. FURNISH MORIMATION. Assist the Professional Service Provider by placing at the <br /> Professional Service Provider's disposal all available information perfinetit to the Project including <br /> previous reports and any Wirer dao relative to design or construction of the Project. <br /> C. FURNISH TECHNICAL,INFORMATION. Furnish to the Professional Service Provider,as <br /> required.for performance of the Professional Service Provider's Basic Services(except to the extent <br /> provided otlm*se in Exhibit A,"Setype of Work'),data prepared by or services of others,including <br /> widxxd limitatioll,cyte borings,probings and subsurface exptomtkm:;,,hydrographic surveys, <br /> laboratory tests and inqwctiom of samples,materials and c quipr aw,arra professnonal <br /> interprevitions of all of the foregoing;environmental asscs=ent and impact stdrnents;property, <br /> boundary,easemeM right-of way,topographic and utility surveys;property descriptions-zoning, <br /> deed and other land use restriction;all of which the Professional Service Provider may rely upon in <br /> performing the Professional Service Provider's services. <br /> Last Reviwt:2017-06-01 <br />
