RESOLUTION NO. R2024- ` <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT WITH <br /> BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD OF ILLINOIS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF <br /> THE CITY GROUP HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the ASO Benefit Program and Stop Loss coverage presented herewith to the <br /> City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and BlueCross B1ueShield of Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and City Treasurer be authorized to accept Amendment Two <br /> to the Administrative Services Agreement between BlueCross B1ueShield of Illinois and the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Section 3.
