rVulcan Watermine Pipeline <br /> City Project 2022-22 <br /> May 30, 2024 <br /> ' ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> TO PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR: <br /> VULCAN WATERMINE PIPELINE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-22 <br /> DATED MAY 2024 <br /> ' AD-1-1 NOTICE <br /> 1.01 This Addendum No. 1 dated May 30, 2024, to the Plans, <br /> Specifications and Contract Documents for the above captioned <br /> project, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information of the <br /> ' above-mentioned bid proposal documents,which are hereby <br /> supplemented in certain particulars as follows: <br /> AD-1-2 PRE-BID MEETING MINUTES <br /> 2.01 Bidders shall refer to the attached questions/answers,pre-bid meeting <br /> ' sign-in sheet, and meeting agenda from the Pre-Bid Meeting on May <br /> 29, 2024. <br /> AD-1-3 OPTIONAL PRE-BID SITE VISIT <br /> 3.01 The time, date and location of the optional pre-bid meeting has been <br /> determined. It will be on Thursday, June 6th, 2024, at 10:00 am. Meet <br /> at the access gate adjacent to 1275 S Monroe Ave,Decatur, IL 62521. <br /> ' AD-1-4 ADDITIONAL SITE INVESTIGATION; REVISED BID DATE <br /> 4.01 Bidders indicated a need for additional site investigation for the bored <br /> ' crossing of the Sangamon River. Accordingly,the City intends to <br /> attain soil borings and provide that information to bidders in a <br /> subsequent addendum. <br /> ' 4.02 Revise the time and date of bid opening as follows: <br /> TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING BIDS: <br /> Sealed proposals for the improvement described herein will be received at the City <br /> Purchasing Division located on the first floor of the Civic Center, #1 Gary K. Anderson <br /> Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, 62523, until JULY 17TH 2024 AT 10:00 AM and thereafter <br /> 1 publicly opened and read. <br />
