QUESTION: Is there a list of everything that needs to be potholed. <br /> ANSWER: The City did perform daylighting of underground utilities as part of the <br /> 1 design process. Refer to the plans for the locations where potential conflicts may <br /> exist. <br /> 3. QUESTION: How is the exploratory excavation to be paid? <br /> 1 ANSWER: The bid schedule provides for 20 exploratory excavations. Each potential <br /> utility conflict would be paid for on a PER EACH basis.
