<br /> reputation of individuals who serve as a source of protection,strategic guidance,and leadership. Guidepost is comprised of two
<br /> (2) divisions: Security and Technology Consulting (STC) that supports security and risk-related advisory and Monitoring,
<br /> Compliance,and Investigations(MCI).This engagement will be led by the STC division.
<br /> We are a full-service consulting firm with an emphasis on conducting program assessments, comprehensive planning,training,
<br /> exercises, and hazard vulnerability assessments. We focus on all aspects that impact safety including the built environment,
<br /> operational needs, and technology components. We also provide security design and consulting, specializing in providing
<br /> innovative,scalable,and sustainable enterprise-level security electronics and technology systems,and infrastructure and security
<br /> equipment assessments. We make client-focused recommendations — guided by the operational, budgetary, and scheduling
<br /> requirements of each client—based on our experience in providing industry best practices and our expertise to our clients around
<br /> the globe.
<br /> Throughout Guidepost's 40-year history(through legacy companies),we have performed thousands of safety and security, risk,
<br /> crisis,and emergency management projects across the globe.Our experience ranges from complex engagements,such as crisis
<br /> management and emergency management planning to designing innovative training and exercise curricula across the public and
<br /> private sectors. In addition, we frequently partner with federal, state, and local governments to develop cybersecurity plans,
<br /> network architecture,grants,compliance,and the creation of unique technology solutions for our clients.
<br /> Firm History:Guidepost was founded and headquartered in New York in April 2010. Guidepost has continued to develop through
<br /> a series of mergers and acquisitions since the 2001 founding of SafirRosetti, a company developed to address the security,
<br /> investigations, and business intelligence needs of its public sector and private clients. Six years later in 2007, SafirRosetti
<br /> acquired On Line Consulting Services,a security,fire alarm,and communications consulting firm,and the oldest iteration of our
<br /> company (founded 40 years ago in 1984). Three years after this acquisition, SafirRosetti itself was acquired by Guidepost
<br /> Solutions, a global investigations and security company, creating the firm's current format. This was followed by the 2012
<br /> acquisition of ICS Consulting, a consulting and software firm assisting the private sector in meeting regulatory requirements for
<br /> immigration and trade compliance. The latest firm acquisition came in 2019, when Guidepost acquired Custom Information
<br /> Services,a specialized provider of bespoke investigation,intelligence,and reputation management services in the Americas.This
<br /> acquisition finalized the Guidepost iteration that operates today.

<br /> Los Angeles, Mexico City, Miami, New York, Palm Beach, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Singapore, Walnut Creek, and

<br /> Public Transit Specialty: We have provided safety and security assessments, design, and consulting for transportation clients
<br /> including King County Metro,Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation(HART),MTA,BART,Utah Transit Authority(UTA),Los
<br /> Angeles International Airport(LAX),Salt Lake City International Airport(SLC),and the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.
<br /> Our proposed Principal-in-Charge, Angela J. Osborne, served as a Project Manager and led the Threat Risk and Vulnerability
<br /> Assessment (TVA) for WMATA,the second largest rail transit system and the sixth largest bus network in the U.S. Under her
<br /> direction,Guidepost is currently updating WMATA's Security and Emergency Preparedness Plan(SEPP),including its security and
