The contractor agrees that basic survey notes and sketches, charts, <br /> computations, and other data prepared or obtained by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement <br /> shall be made available, upon reasonable request,to the City without cost and without restriction or <br /> limitation as to their use. All field notes, test records, and reports shall be available to the City upon <br /> reasonable request. <br /> 11.
