RESOLUTION NO. K 0�34 -35 1 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDER <br /> BETWEEN CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS AND PAUL TREE FARMS, <br /> LLC FOR TREE INSTALLATION CONTRACT <br /> NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Proposal for 150 trees from Paul Tree Farms LLC included as <br /> Attachment A, is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the cost of 150 trees plus installation from Paul Tree Farms LLC in an <br /> amount not to exceed $94,000.00 will be reimbursed by the United States Department of <br /> Agriculture grant. <br /> Section 3.
