TV |ospection/Survey <br /> 2. Proper documentation and preparation of all field data <br /> 3. Evaluation of data and recommendations for repair ofproblem areas <br /> 4. Field engineering surveys for the location of lost or buried manholes, including vertical and <br /> horizontal locations of relocated sewer lines for which there are no available records <br /> S. Emergency work is offered on a 24-hour, 7-days per week, with no more than atvxo-hour <br /> response time <br /> ASSUMPTIONS AND CONDITIONS <br /> This Agreement is subject to the following Assumptions and Conditions: <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> It is anticipated that the TV Inspection/Surveys will take place from January 1, 2025 through December 91, <br /> 2027. All requested inspections/surveysto be televised, smoke tested, dye tested, manhole inspections or <br /> additional services, will he completed in atimely manner orwithin specified time period by the City Engineer. <br /> The prices in this contract will be applicable through December 31, 2027. <br /> SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> Tele Scan, Inc. plans to perform all the services required in this proposal. <br /> PROJECT TEAM <br /> The 1n|t|@| Project Team shall be as follows, |fany team member becomes unavailable,TSI will substitute <br /> person with comparable qualifications, <br />
