COMPENSATION, BILLING AND PAYMENT FOR STUB FISCAL YEAR 2026 <br /> Client shall pay TSI for the Services in accordance with the following: <br /> Compensation for the Services will be as stated below. MANHOLE REHABILITATION <br /> Standard 4' diameter manholes: <br /> Precast—infiltration and chimney seal - $195.00 per V.P. <br /> Brick—Structural, infiltration and chimney seal - $275.00 per V.F. <br /> F. TRENCHLESS POINT REPAIRS <br /> 0 8" Repair- $425 per L.F. <br /> 0 10" Repair- $450 per L.F. <br /> 0 12" Repair- $475 per L.F. <br /> a 15" Repair - $510.00 per L.F. <br /> (Larger size repairs available upon request) <br /> G. SPECIAL STUDIES <br /> To locate lost or buried manholes. Verify changes in sewer line locations that are not on record <br /> with the City Engineering Office. <br /> Field Survey/Recon $500,00 per Hour <br /> H. ON-CALL INSPECTIONS (3 Hour On-Call) <br /> TV Inspection —Emergency Basis $600.00 Minimum <br /> 1. ON-CALL INSPECTION (48 hour On-Call) <br /> TV Inspection — Normal Response $600.00 Minimum <br /> J. SEWER CLEANING $2.00 per L,F. <br /> K. EXCESS CLEANING $500,00 per Hour <br /> The above fee structure is an estimate of our basic services offered and are negotiable based on <br /> the extent of each service required. <br />
