1 l s <br /> GREEN BRIDGE <br /> September 26,2024 <br /> Statement of Financing Capacity <br /> On behalf of Green Bridge Corporation, we appreciate the opportunity to present this Statement <br /> of Financing Capacity to fund, install, own, operate, and maintain solar photovoltaic,battery <br /> energy storage, and EV charging infrastructure projects. <br /> Green Bridge Corporation is a platform that deploys capital into distributed generation projects <br /> within the municipal, school system, commercial and industrial sectors across the United States. <br /> We employ best practices in project development, construction, financing and a comfort level with <br /> a variety of technologies, engineering solutions, financing structures, state markets and incentives, <br /> utility programs, tariff structures, and asset management. <br /> The source of our funds is a subsidiary of Lotus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity investment <br /> firm based in Greenwich, CT that specializes in energy infrastructure investments, and energyRe, a <br /> utility-scale solar, offshore wind, storage, and transmission platform, wholly owned by the real <br /> estate firm, The Related Companies, L.P. <br /> Green Bridge finances transactions under this partnership using equity capital, via Lotus <br /> Infrastructure Partner's current flagship energy fund, Starwood Energy Infrastructure Fund III U.S. <br /> AIV L.P., which closed in June 2018 and manages over$1.2 billion in capital, and from equity <br /> capital commitments from other affiliates or sponsor parties including energyRe LLC. <br /> energyRe is the partner leading the development of the Clean Path NY project.
