RESOLUTION NO. AXIA13 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LICENSE FOR UNDERGROUND PIPELINES, CABLES <br /> AND CONDUITS WITH THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD ON FARIES PARKWAY <br /> AT BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That License for Underground Pipelines, Cables and Conduits presented to the <br /> City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Central Railroad Company, as <br /> Exhibit A and it is hereby, received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
