RESOLUTION NO.R2024- <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PAY AND BENEFITS—AFSCME COUNCIL 31 AND LOCAL 268 <br /> GENERAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Collective Bargaining Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Council 31, American Federation of State, County and <br /> Municipal Employees, on behalf of AFSCME representing non-management, non-sworn public <br /> safety positions and non-exempt employees in the Public Works Department, Finance <br /> Department, Economic and Community Development Department and the Police Department for <br /> salary and benefits be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
