Section 3. An employee who is involved in a current grievance against the employer may <br /> designate in writing that a union representative may inspect his or her personnel file subject to <br /> the procedures incorporated in Section 2 of this article. <br /> ARTICLE 27 <br /> TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective as of January 1, 2025 and shall remain <br /> in full force and effect through December 31, 2028, and thereafter from year to year, January 1 <br /> through the following December 31, until terminated. This Agreement may be terminated by either <br /> party hereto by giving written notice to either party sixty (60)days prior to December 31, 2028, or <br /> sixty (60) days prior to December 31st of any subsequent year in which termination is sought. <br /> Section 2.
