RESOLUTION NO. R2024 -3Y 7 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> -CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS- <br /> -STIXON36 LLC- <br /> 3645 US-36,DECATUR,ILLINOIS <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, an Illinois municipal corporation and <br /> body politic("City")is a unit of local government pursuant to Article VII, Section 6 of the Illinois <br /> Constitution of 1970; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Stixon36 LLC owns and operates a restaurant and entertainment <br /> establishment; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Stixon36 LLC has a Class G liquor license issued by the City and desires to <br /> obtain a Class V to allow video gaming; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Stixon36 LLC has entered into a Development Agreement with the City <br /> which will add to the economic development of the City. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Development Agreement attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, <br /> between the City and Stixon36 LLC, shall be executed and approved. <br /> Section 2.
