That the Agreement presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A <br /> between the City of Decatur and Highstake 35 LLC DBA Mercury Public Affairs for Lobbying <br /> Services be, and it is hereby,received,placed on file, and approved for a period ending <br /> December 31,2026. <br /> Section 2.
