This Agreement shall be binding upon all <br /> the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or <br /> other successors in interest. <br /> 15.4 Titles of Paragraphs. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the <br /> remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. <br /> 15.8 Project Sign. Prior to commencement of construction of either the 148 E. Main <br /> Project or 112 N. Merchant Project, the Redeveloper shall place at the front of the <br /> 148 E. Main Project and 112 N. Merchant Project a Project identification sign <br /> which sign shall contain the following: <br /> (a) A colored elevation view of the applicable Project being constructed; <br /> (b) A listing of the applicable Project team including the City; and <br /> -17- <br />
