Pre-bid Meeting Minutes <br /> ' for <br /> SOUTH WTP ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> IEPA LOAN NO. L17-2292 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-18 <br /> Conference Call <br /> 10:00 a.m., Wednesday,February 26,2025. <br /> I. INTRODUCTION <br /> a. City staff and consultants introduced themselves. <br /> b. Callers (see sign-in sheet) introduced themselves. <br /> ' II. BIDS DUE—March 26,2025,at 10:00AM, at City Purchasing Division Located in the <br /> first floor of the Civic Center,#1 Gary K., Anderson Plaza,Decatur Illinois, 62523. <br /> BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br /> ' A. At the South Water Treatment Plant replace the exterior Medium Voltage service entrance rated <br /> electrical gear feeding the facility, replace the Medium Voltage main distribution switchgear, <br /> Medium Voltage High Service Pump motor control center, 480vac HVAC and chemical feed <br /> motor control centers, and replace SCADA control panels associated with such improvements <br /> ' (SCC-2). In addition, replace all the lighting in the water treatment facility, including an <br /> associated lighting control system. <br /> ' B. At the Nitrate Facility replace the existing exterior transformers,motor control center,feed pump <br /> variable frequency drives, and the SCADA control panel (SCC-5). In addition, replace all the <br /> lighting and associated controls as well as replace the HVAC unit heaters to the facility. <br /> C. At the Raw Water Pump station,replace the Medium Voltage motor control center with Vedium <br /> Voltage variable frequency drives, replace exterior low voltage transformers, replace the <br /> 480VAC motor control center, and upgrade the SCADA control panels (SCC-10, SCC-11). In <br /> addition,replace all the lighting and associated controls. <br /> IV. PROJECT FUNDING-This project will be funded by a loan from the IEPA—State Revolving <br /> ' Fund—Public Water Supply Loan Program.Products&material are subject to:Buy American <br /> Build American requirements,DBE requirements&Employment of Illinois Workers. <br /> ' V. LUMP SUM BID-Bids will be by Lump Sum Bid on the form provided. Bis shall remain <br /> open for 90 days. <br /> VI. IEPA SRF LOAN PROJECT FUNDING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A.
