HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Northeast Community Fund, hereafter referred to as the "sponsoring agency", for itself, and its <br /> successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property <br /> damage, injury to, or death of any person or persons, which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property for the Farm to Fund event on the following date and time: <br /> September 27,2025 - 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br /> by the sponsoring agency,its officers, agents, employees,and registrants. <br /> Furthermore, the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third-party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate, for property damage, and personal and bodily injury, including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
