Kb of : prig+- <br /> Al rvi. c <br /> Exhibit A <br /> CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of O N°613Gx—by and between Precision Pro LLC <br /> hereinafter("Contractor,")the City of Decatur, hereinafter("City,") Larry Farmer("Owner,") for <br /> the property located at 1630 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Decatur, Illinois. <br /> WITNESSETH,that the Contractor,City and Owner("Parties") for the consideration stated herein <br /> mutually agree as follows: <br /> 1. STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, machinery,tools, <br /> equipment, and services and in an efficient and workmanlike manner, perform and <br /> complete the scope of work which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and hereby made a part <br /> of this Agreement; all in strict accordance with the technical specifications contained <br /> therein and which form a part of this Agreement as fully as if were herein repeated. The <br /> contractor is ultimately responsible for the bid and its contents, which encompasses the <br /> entire project. This includes site familiarity, inspection and review of the write-up items, <br /> measurements, and quantities as well as those listed by all subcontractors within the bid <br /> document. <br /> 2. PRICE <br /> The City will pay Contractor, on behalf of the Owner, the sum of Fifty-Seven Thousand <br /> Seven Hundred Twenty-Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($57,728.00). As a condition to City <br /> making any payments to Contractor, Contractor shall furnish releases or receipts from any <br /> or all persons performing work and supplying materials or services to the Contractor, or <br /> any subcontractor, for work under this Agreement. <br /> 3. PERMITS, CODES,AND INSPECTION BY CITY <br /> The Contractor or subcontractors are responsible for obtaining all permits required to com- <br /> plete the work identified in the bid specification.All permits are required to be issued prior <br /> to the start of rehabilitation on the identified items and Contractor is responsible for ensur- <br /> ing all necessary inspections by the City are requested, made and completed. <br /> All final inspections and approvals from the City must be completed by the time of pay <br /> request by the Contractor. <br /> The Contractor and Owner shall provide the City with access to the property in question <br /> for the purpose of examining and inspecting the rehabilitation work performed under this <br /> Agreement upon reasonable request by the City. <br /> v.9.2025 1 <br />
