SPECIFIC WORK OUTLINE <br /> 1.0 Roof—asphalt shingles <br /> Perform complete tear off all existing layers of roofing materials down to the sheathing. Inspect <br /> existing roof sheathing and rafters, identify deteriorating sheathing and or rafters and seek <br /> Project Manager's approval to remove them. Replacement sheathing should match existing <br /> thickness. Install ice and water barrier, drip edge, flashing. 225 LB felt (minimum)/adhesive roof <br /> underlayment and architectural shingles. Field verify. Contractor is responsible for removal and <br /> disposal of existing tear out <br /> $ Material $ Labor $ Total <br /> 2.0 Roofing — Gutters <br /> Install 5" Seamless gutters to include 2x3 downspouts installed with a fall of 1/16" at lowest <br /> corners of each straight run. Approximately 300LF. Field verify. Install new gutter guards in all <br /> gutters. <br /> Gutters are to include guards <br /> $ Material $ Labor $ Total <br /> 4.0 Site prep — Dumpster <br /> Trash removal <br /> $ Material $ Labor $ Total <br /> Optional work <br /> 1.0 SIDING-HOUSE <br /> Removal of existing siding field verify size. Install 8" double 4" Vinyl siding to all areas of <br /> insulation and or Tyvek to include entire house.
