Main St. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the attached <br /> resolution authorizing the execution of agreement for demolition of said dwelling. <br /> BACKGROUND: The property at 942 N. Main was put out for demolition bid along with 13 <br /> other properties. The property at 942 N.
