That the Employee Leasing Agreement for MGT Impact Solutions, LLC for <br /> the Interim Finance Director,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> hereof, between the City of Decatur, Illinois and MGT Impact Solutions, LLC and the same is <br /> hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
