EXHIBIT A <br /> Assigned Employee and Base Compensation <br /> As of September 8,2025("Effective Date"),MGT Impact Solutions,LLC("MGT")and City of Decatur ("Client") <br /> execute this Exhibit A pursuant to the Employee Leasing Agreement between the Parties dated September 8, <br /> 2025("Agreement"). <br /> ASSIGNED EMPLOYEE: Gregg Zientara <br /> POSITION/ASSIGNMENT: Interim Finance Director <br /> POSITION TERM: September 8, 2025 - March 13, 2026. Upon agreement of both parties, <br /> the agreement may be extended up to September 11, 2026. Either party may terminate <br /> the agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days advance written notice. <br /> BASE COMPENSATION: $145/hour. Hours per week may vary but are anticipated to <br /> average 30 hours/week in a hybrid work environment. In the event of work in excess of <br /> 40 hours/week,the overtime rate will be $217.50/hour. <br /> OTHER-PAID TIME OFF: State required paid leave (Illinois Paid Leave for all Workers <br /> Act) is included in the fee for service. Employee will coordinate any leave requests with <br /> the client.
