RESOLUTION NO. R2025-a1 9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH <br /> COMMUNITY INVESTMENT CORPORATION OF DECATUR, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Council is hereby authorized to terminate the Agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Community Investment Corporation of Decatur, Inc., as set <br /> forth in Exhibit A, for Professional Services. <br /> Section 2.
