RESOLUTION NO. R-a'va`S <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID PRICE <br /> FROM HOMER TREE CARE FOR TREE REMOVAL IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for Tree Removal in Various Locations <br /> presented herewith as Exhibit A and made part hereof be, and it is hereby, received, and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid price provided by Homer Tree Care, in the amount of$15,000.00, <br /> be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
