Hendrickson and <br /> James R. Hendrickson III, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> LOT 3 OF RESURVEY OF LOTS 8. 9 AND 10 OF WEST SUNNY SIDE HEIGHTS FIRST <br /> ADDITION EXCEPT THE EAST 225 FEET OF SAID LOT 8. AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN <br /> BOOK 300, PAGE 327 OF THE RECORDS IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF MACON <br /> COUNTY, ILLINOIS. <br /> PIN# 04-12-07-251-003 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR. ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be. and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described. along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby. annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br />
