JP251008-174 PROJECT City of Decatur - Civic Center EV Chargers 10/27/2025 Lacie Elzy Transportation Service Director City of Decatur Electrical Service Company proposes to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and tools for the electrical installation for the above referenced project. This proposal will be held good until end of business on 11/28/2025. Please review the following scope of work, clarifications/exceptions,exclusions and other conditions. This proposal is based on our understanding of the electrical installation gathered from direct communication and material pricing on 10/20/2025. This proposal is subject to sections A, B,C and D listed below. SECTION A-SCOPE OF WORK 1. Provide the equipment for a new 400-amp service to supply the chargers. 2. Install the underground conduit and wire for the service to the Ameren pole location. 3. Install all underground conduit and wire to each charger locations. 4. Install the needed concrete bases for each charger. 5. Provide and install two(2) level 3 chargers. 6. Make all wiring termiantions. 7. Test all power and label. 8. Install protective bollards as needed to protect the new equipment. SECTION B-CLARIFICATIONS/EXCEPTIONS 1. The electrical permit has had the permit fee waved for this project. 2. We have deducted the Ameren incentive amount of$22,536.00 from our proposal. This was an estimated amount"up to"the amount listed. 3. All programming is included in this price. The Charge Point technian will assist in the initial set up of the chargers. 4. We will coordinate all utility power connections with Ameren. 5. We recommend the City of Decatur install a lock on the electrical panel to prevent the public from accessing the electrical panel. 6. Tax has been withheld from this project,we will need the tax exemption certificate.
