City staff recommends approval. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is the beginning of the process seeking court-ordered demolition of <br /> twelve (12)unsafe and abandoned structures throughout the community. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Michael Snearly,Neighborhood Inspections Manager. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Michael Snearly at 217- <br /> 450-2347 or msnearly@decaturil.gov. <br />
