RESOLUTION NO. ZIIVa-`J-3 I <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS <br /> CENTRAL RAILROAD TO IMPROVE THE BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD GRADE <br /> SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> SECTION 09-00933-01-BR <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the additional sum of$200,000 of State <br /> Motor Fuel Tax funds for the Construction Maintenance Agreement between the City of Decatur <br /> and the Illinois Central Railroad in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Illinois <br /> Highway Code. With this resolution, the total funds appropriated for this Agreement is <br /> $976,481.00. <br /> Section 2. That only those operations listed and described as part of the City's <br /> Agreement with the Illinois Central Railroad, are eligible for State Motor Fuel Tax funds and <br /> shall be designated as Section 09-00933-01-BR. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as <br /> given above, submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, <br /> a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for <br /> this period; and <br /> Section 4.
