R2025- )3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR AND FLOCK SAFETY FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF SURVEILLANCE <br /> CAMERAS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the law enforcement agreement order presented to the City Council <br /> herewith from Flock Safety for the lease of 10 PTZ (pan,tilt, zoom)surveillance cameras be, and <br /> the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
