A. Advising on accomplishing the transportation improvement goals of the City and <br /> County; <br /> B. Advising on federal funding opportunities and state infrastructure funding <br /> opportunities and the packaging of said opportunities to maximize consideration and <br /> developing opportunities for state and federal investments into key infrastructure projects; <br /> C. Serving as a transportation improvement project manager to assist in project <br /> prioritization, development and evaluation of funding and financing alternatives and <br /> procurement assistance for financial, technical and engineering advisors as needed. <br /> 2. COSTS. The ALSA Agreement provides for a maximum annual retainer of <br /> Sixty Thousand Dollars($60,000.00). The County agrees to reimburse the City for one-half of <br /> the retainer pursuant to this Agreement. The County agrees to pay its half within thirty(30) <br /> days from the acceptance of this Agreement by both the City and the County and acceptance of <br /> the ALSA Agreement by the parties. <br /> 3. EXTRAORDINARY COSTS. The City and County recognize that the retainer <br /> amount set forth above includes ordinary costs and expenses. If extraordinary costs <br /> and expenses need to be incurred and are approved pursuant to the terms of the ALSA <br /> Agreement,the County shall reimburse the City for one-half of those extraordinary costs and <br /> expenses subject to the City first providing written notice to the County of the proposed <br /> extraordinary costs and expenses and the County's approval of said costs <br /> and expenses. <br /> 4. TERMS. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date it is entered into and shall <br /> continue in full force and effect for one(1)year with additional one(1)year automatic renewal <br /> periods. <br />
