WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR. ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be. and the same are hereby. <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any. be. and the <br /> same are hereby. annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur. <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3.
