AND BEGINNING AT THE SOUTH-EAST CORNER OF <br /> SECTION TWENTY-NINE (29), TOWNSHIP SEVENTEEN (17) NORTH, RANGE <br /> TWO (2) EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, AND RUNNING IN A <br /> NOTHERLY DIRECTION 774.2 FEET, THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION <br /> 1310.1 FEET,THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION 772.3 FEET,THENCE IN AN <br /> EASTERLY DIRECTION 1314 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br /> Permanent I.D. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be hereby, <br /> received,placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be,and they are hereby rezoned from R-1 Single <br /> Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District. <br /> Section 3. That the rezoning approved herein is granted subject to the execution and <br /> continued compliance with a Development Agreement between the City of Decatur and <br /> Decatur Northwest 2, LLC. The subject property shall be developed and used solely for a <br /> commercial solar energy facility in substantial conformance with the approved site plan and <br /> the terms of the Development Agreement. No building permits shall be issued until the <br /> Development Agreement has been fully executed and all applicable local, state, and federal <br /> approvals have been obtained. <br />
