RESOLUTION NO. a-(1) 0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SOURCEWELL CONTRACT TO MARTIN <br /> EQUIPMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)BACKHOES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Sourcewell Bid from Martin Equipment of IL, Inc., received for Two <br /> (2)2026 John Deere 320 P-Tier Backhoe Loaders presented herewith as Exhibit A be, and it is <br /> hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the Sourcewell Bid from Martin Equipment of IL,Inc., in the amount of <br /> $244,500.00,be accepted and a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Martin Equipment of IL, Inc., <br /> for their quote price of$244,500.00. <br /> Section 4.
