RESOLUTION NO. 0(—IS <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CRAWFORD, MURPHY & TILLY INC., FOR NORTHEAST <br /> QUADRANT WATER SYSTEM CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2026-04 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Crawford, Murphy <br /> & Tilly, Inc., presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made a part hereof, between the <br /> City of Decatur and Crawford, Murphy & Tilly. Inc., and the same is hereby received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be. and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur. Illinois and Crawford.
