RESOLUTION NO. J 13 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY OF DECATUR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT <br /> WITH LOCALITY MEDIA,LLC d/b/a FIRST DUE FOR RECORDS MANAGEMENT <br /> SYSTEM(RMS) SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur desires to enter into an agreement with Locality <br /> Media, LLC d/b/a First Due for the provision of a Records Management System (RMS), <br /> including incident reporting, inspections, pre-incident planning,personnel management, <br /> scheduling, asset management, and related modules, along with implementation, training, and <br /> data migration services, at a first-year cost not to exceed $55,187.00. <br /> Section 2. That the annual subscription cost for the First Due RMS services shall not <br /> exceed$50,100.00 per year, subject to the terms of the service agreement. <br /> Section 3. That partial costs shall be funded through approved Foreign Fire Tax funds in <br /> the amount of$14,300.00 to keep within the 2026 RMS approved budget, and the remaining <br /> subscription costs shall be paid from the Fire Department's approved operating budget. <br /> Section 4.
