RESOLUTION NO. 0-07(0 — aS <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF DUNN COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE <br /> OF BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT MATERIALS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing bituminous pavement <br /> materials presented herewith as Exhibit A and made a part hereof be, and it is hereby,received, <br /> and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, in the amount of$74,135.00, be accepted and <br /> a purchase order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
